Mack has the successful systems and infrastructure in place to handle these assignments, whether it be for one Direct Hire, Temp to Hire, and Temporary placement, all the way to large Temporary short term projects. It is essential to Mack that we continue to develop our staffing business and maintain expertise in the Chicago market in order to meet the needs of our valued clients and candidates. Charlene Gorzela, CEO acquired Mack & Associates, Ltd. in 1991 and began developing a clear vision of her ideal working environment. She led Mack to being an accomplished staffing firm that many of our clients think of as Chicago’s best, most knowledgeable, and favorite staffing firm. Our Core Values were created collectively with leadership and team, to express and define how Mack operates everyday for our company clients and candidate clients. We believe our Core Values are essential to our continued success. In 1995, Konvalia Greco joined Mack after proven success with a National firm, and due to her proven leadership skills, became President in 2005. Under their leadership, Mack is proud to have received the Women Business Enterprise Certification.
