In the Direct Hire Division we guarantee the placement of
a candidate for a 30 day period, effective
on the starting date
of employment. If the candidate leaves or is terminated within
this timeframe, we will refill the position at no charge.
In the Flexible Division if the client company is not satisfied
with the performance or conduct of a flexible employee that
Mack & Associates, Ltd. has provided, please contact
the flexible division within the first two (2) hours. Mack
will replace the original flexible employee with a back up
to complete the assignment. The Client Company will not be
billed for the first two (2) hours the original flexible
employee was on the assignment.

on the telephone and in person. The process begins with an
initial telephone call
that briefly identifies the potential candidate’s
current job position and duties, what
direction they would like their
career to go and the salary desired.
This determines if the candidate is in
our target
market. If the consultant feels
that the candidate would be a great match
with our client companies, he/she is
scheduled for an interview. A one-on-one
interview
then takes place to delve even deeper
into the aforementioned
issues and is introduced to all Mack
consultants. It is the thorough attention

on all of Mack’s
Direct-Hire and Flexible candidates.
A verification of employment confirms employment
dates, title, reason(s) for
leaving and rehire eligibility while that of
education confirms degree
and date of graduation. Mack will forward
all employment verifications we conduct
and the most recent education verification
before
any candidate is referred to a client
company.

Upon the client’s
request, a criminal background
check and credit report is performed at
a nominal fee. The criminal background check determines
if the candidate
has been charged
with any misdemeanors or felonies
within
the last 7 years. The investigation spans two
(2) counties and additional counties
can be added.

Upon the client’s
request, Mack & Associates,
Ltd. will provide drug/alcohol
screening
for a nominal fee. We will utilize two screening methods
depending
on the amount of time
available before the assignment
start date.

are skill tested in our office on IBM
office software
using “Skill Check
Professional”.
Testing includes the following
software: MSOffice (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint,
Access), WordPerfect, Lotus,
Windows, Internet
and more. Other tests include
Business English, Grammar
and Math comprehension.
Candidates are encouraged
to utilize the tutorials
available
on the above-mentioned
software at no charge.
